Recipe: bruschetta

Want to give a little push to your Resto Pizz? If you didn’t think of it before, why not add some freshly made bruschetta on it! You’ll see, you won’t be able to go without it. 




45ml olive oil

3 tomatoes

1 shallot, finely chopped (or 1/4 of an onion)

125ml fresh basil, 

10ml balsamic vinegar

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

Salt and pepper



Cut the tomatoes in four. Take out the juice and seeds, and cut the pulpit in small pieces.

In a bowl, mixed the tomatoes, shallot, basil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil. Salt and pepper.
